Daniel Milano is a pharmaceutical development leader serving as Senior Director of ADC (Antibody-Drug Conjugate) Process Development and MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) at AbbVie, where he oversees technical strategy and execution for complex bioconjugation processes in oncology drug manufacturing. He holds a PhD (in Chemical Engineering) and has a background in bioprocess development, including prior roles in process science and late-stage technical operations across the biotech sector. Before joining AbbVie, Milano spent several years advancing process development for ADCs and other biologic modalities and earned his doctorate from Northeastern University.
