John Flygare
Head of Large Molecule & ADC Innovation Eli Lilly
John Flygare, PhD, is a veteran biotechnology leader with over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and drug discovery, particularly in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). He currently serves as Head of ADC Discovery at Eli Lilly and is a co-founder of Firefly Bio. Previously, he held senior scientific leadership roles at Merck and Genentech, where he led multiple oncology programs into clinical development. Flygare holds a PhD in organic chemistry from Northwestern University and has authored over 100 scientific publications.
